Leur principe de fonctionnement repose principalement sur des mat\u00e9riaux isolants et des couches de vide qui r\u00e9duisent la conduction et le rayonnement de la chaleur afin de maintenir le liquide \u00e0 une basse temp\u00e9rature. Voici les grands principes du fonctionnement des conteneurs cryog\u00e9niques :<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Lisolement\"><\/span>L&rsquo;isolement<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>L&rsquo;enveloppe d&rsquo;un conteneur cryog\u00e9nique est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement compos\u00e9e de plusieurs couches de mat\u00e9riaux isolants \u00e0 faible conductivit\u00e9 thermique, tels que la mousse de polyur\u00e9thane, la fibre de verre, la perlite, etc., qui peuvent r\u00e9duire efficacement la conduction de la chaleur externe vers les liquides.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Couche_de_vide\"><\/span>Couche de vide<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Il y a g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une couche de vide \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur de l&rsquo;isolation pour r\u00e9duire la convection et le rayonnement pour le transfert de chaleur.
