Il est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement divis\u00e9 en petits dewars, r\u00e9servoirs de stockage, citernes, camions-citernes, etc.<br \/>\nDans l&rsquo;industrie, les gaz liqu\u00e9fi\u00e9s stock\u00e9s et transport\u00e9s comprennent le gaz naturel liqu\u00e9fi\u00e9, l&rsquo;oxyg\u00e8ne liquide, l&rsquo;azote liquide, l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne liquide, l&rsquo;h\u00e9lium liquide et le fluor liquide.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Plage_de_temperature\"><\/span>Plage de temp\u00e9rature<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Selon les r\u00e8gles de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de supervision technique des \u00e9quipements de stockage et de transport des gaz liqu\u00e9fi\u00e9s, la norme de temp\u00e9rature pour les conteneurs cryog\u00e9niques se situe g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement entre -196\u00b0C et -162\u00b0C.<br \/>\nToutefois, en fonction de la temp\u00e9rature de stockage, les conteneurs cryog\u00e9niques peuvent \u00eatre subdivis\u00e9s en g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 -150 \u00b0C, et il est souvent utilis\u00e9 en m\u00e9decine, dans la recherche biologique et dans d&rsquo;autres domaines.<br \/>\n<strong>Conteneurs cryog\u00e9niques :<\/strong> La temp\u00e9rature de stockage est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement comprise entre -150\u00b0C et -50\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Structure_et_materiaux\"><\/span>Structure et mat\u00e9riaux<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Les conteneurs Dewar sont constitu\u00e9s de deux ou plusieurs couches de coquilles m\u00e9talliques de dispositifs concentriques, la couche la plus interne \u00e9tant appel\u00e9e r\u00e9servoir interne, qui sert \u00e0 stocker les liquides cryog\u00e9niques, et la couche la plus externe \u00e9tant appel\u00e9e coquille externe.<br \/>\nEntre le r\u00e9servoir int\u00e9rieur et l&rsquo;enveloppe, il y a une couche interm\u00e9diaire d&rsquo;isolation thermique, qui est \u00e9quip\u00e9e d&rsquo;un mat\u00e9riau d&rsquo;isolation thermique, ou alors install\u00e9e avec un \u00e9cran de protection.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Classification_et_application\"><\/span>Classification et application<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Selon leur m\u00e9thode d&rsquo;isolation, les conteneurs cryog\u00e9niques peuvent \u00eatre divis\u00e9s en conteneurs \u00e0 structure d&rsquo;isolation ordinaire, conteneurs d&rsquo;isolation sous vide pouss\u00e9, conteneurs d&rsquo;isolation sous vide de poudres et de fibres, conteneurs d&rsquo;isolation sous vide multicouches et conteneurs avec \u00e9crans d&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne liquide ou \u00e9crans de conduction.<br \/>\nEn fonction de la pression de service, on distingue les conteneurs \u00e0 basse pression (ou conteneurs ouverts) et les conteneurs \u00e0 haute pression.<br \/>\n<strong>Selon leur utilisation, les conteneurs cryog\u00e9niques peuvent \u00eatre divis\u00e9s en deux types :<\/strong> les conteneurs fixes et les conteneurs de transport, les premiers \u00e9tant utilis\u00e9s pour le stockage et les seconds id=\"Points_de_conception\"><\/span>Points de conception<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Les conteneurs cryog\u00e9niques sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de forme sph\u00e9rique ou cylindrique, ce qui permet d&rsquo;\u00e9conomiser des mat\u00e9riaux et de r\u00e9duire les pertes de froid.<br \/>\nLe conteneur cylindrique peut \u00eatre fabriqu\u00e9 \u00e0 la verticale ou \u00e0 l&rsquo;horizontale, en fonction des conditions sp\u00e9cifiques.<br \/>\nLe volume r\u00e9el du conteneur doit \u00eatre sup\u00e9rieur au volume de stockage effectif, et il faut g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement laisser 5 \u00e0 10 % de l&rsquo;espace vapeur pour garantir la s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Differences_par_rapport_aux_conteneurs_cryogeniques\"><\/span>Diff\u00e9rences par rapport aux conteneurs cryog\u00e9niques<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Les conteneurs cryog\u00e9niques sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement utilis\u00e9s pour stocker des substances \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures comprises entre -40\u00b0C et -80\u00b0C, tandis que les conteneurs cryog\u00e9niques sont adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 des plages de temp\u00e9ratures plus basses, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement inf\u00e9rieures \u00e0 -100\u00b0C, et peuvent atteindre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 -196\u00b0C.<br \/>\nEn r\u00e9sum\u00e9, les conteneurs cryog\u00e9niques sont des \u00e9quipements sp\u00e9ciaux con\u00e7us pour le stockage et le transport de liquides cryog\u00e9niques, avec des
