Voici quelques-unes des principales exigences en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;agencement des tuyauteries cryog\u00e9niques :<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Flexibilite_suffisante\"><\/span>Flexibilit\u00e9 suffisante<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>La disposition du pipeline cryog\u00e9nique doit tenir compte du fait que l&rsquo;ensemble du pipeline est suffisamment flexible pour utiliser pleinement la compensation naturelle du pipeline. Lorsque la temp\u00e9rature de conception est tr\u00e8s basse et ne peut \u00eatre compens\u00e9e naturellement, un compensateur doit \u00eatre mis en place.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Eviter_les_vibrations\"><\/span>\u00c9viter les vibrations<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Lors de l&rsquo;am\u00e9nagement des conduites \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature, il convient d&rsquo;\u00e9viter les vibrations des conduites, en particulier dans les parties cl\u00e9s telles que les pompes, les compresseurs et les tuyaux d&rsquo;\u00e9chappement, qui doivent emp\u00eacher les vibrations de l&rsquo;ensemble de la conduite. Au niveau du coude du tuyau basse temp\u00e9rature du tuyau d&rsquo;isolation en polyur\u00e9thane, le support et le cintre ne doivent pas \u00eatre soud\u00e9s en raison de l&rsquo;importance des contraintes.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Espacement_et_disposition_des_vannes\"><\/span>Espacement et disposition des vannes<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>L&rsquo;espacement des conduites cryog\u00e9niques doit \u00eatre d\u00e9termin\u00e9 en fonction de l&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur de la bride, de la vanne, de l&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ment de mesure et du d\u00e9placement de la conduite.
